• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

4. Orders and Payment

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to all orders
• Payment terms: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) only
• 30% deposit required to confirm order
• 70% balance payment before shipment
• Production time: 15-30 days depending on order size and destination

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide from Laem Chabang Port, Thailand
• Delivery times vary by destination country
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We can arrange freight forwarding services
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon shipment
